I've encapsulated over 50 placentas..

Consumption of your placenta has been shown to improve postpartum mood, reduce anxiety, and help with breast-milk supply.

What happens:
I get your placenta within usually 24 hours post birth, dehydrate it, encapsulate it, and bring the capsules to you.

You consume these capsules over a period of days, weeks, or months. These capsules will appear similar to the ones in the photo here.

We meet or talk on the phone about encapsulation prior to you signing a contract.

Steamed, aka "Chinese" method, or raw method per your choice.  Either way, your placenta is dehydrated within standard safety regulations.

Generally gentle hatha, meditations, and a touch of  Kundalini.

Reach out for a private or group session. For homebirth prep or birth-keeper clients, we do as much yoga as you like. It's included.

We may unpack standard yoga cues and shift to honor women's bodies.

I love yoga and practice it daily.  

Reiki is the opening of your universal energy channels.  You sit in a chair or lie on your back and receive touch or hands hover for each chakra.  You may receive feedback about your chakras.  Most people find reiki relaxing and some find it cleansing and emotional. 

I am a certified Reiki Practitioner.  

Reiki may be part of my service for full pay homebirth prep or birth-clients.
