Consumption of your placenta has been shown to improve postpartum mood, reduce anxiety, and help with breast-milk supply.

I get your placenta within usually 24 hours post birth, dehydrate it, encapsulate it, and bring the capsules to you.

You consume these capsules over a period of days, weeks, or months. These capsules will appear similar to the ones in the photo here.

We meet or talk on the phone about encapsulation prior to you signing a contract.

Reiki is the opening of your universal energy channels.  You sit in a chair or lie on your back and receive touch or hands hover for each chakra.  You may receive feedback about your chakras.  Most people find reiki relaxing and some find it cleansing and emotional. I am a certified Reiki Practitioner.  Reiki may be part of my service for full pay homebirth prep or birth-clients.
