Freebirth Guide

We have sessions during your pregnancy to prepare you for freebirth. We may also have sessions postpartum.

This offering means I'm not on-call for your birth nor on-call for you postpartum.

I guide women and families for out-of-system physiologic birth. This is radically different from any mainstream childbirth education program.

(All of freebirth prep. is included for my birth attendance clients.)

Sovereign birth education is for:

- Women and families who plan to freebirth.*

- Women who're exploring various childbirth options.

- Anyone who is curious about sovereignty in birth.

I invite you to sign up at any point in your pregnancy or fertility journey/

These sessions are usually two to three hours but are not timed. Choose an option.

-$ 230 per session

-$ 620 for 3 sessions

-$1600 for 8 sessions.

These sessions may begin prior to pregnancy and be used up to one year post birth. Venmo, cash, or check prior to our first session. If you switch to my birth attendance offering, then what you've paid to date counts towards that investment.

What happens during Freebirth Prep?

We may do the following, everything is optional.

* Walk together, literally take walks together.

* Clarify what you count as freebirth.

* Explore using tools, and if so which ones and how.

* Clarify prenatal care options

* Clarify variations of normal and "what ifs" on:

- pregnancy

- fetal position

- labor patterns

- baby's emergence/the moment of birth

- placenta birth

- newborn breathing/appearance

- what "normal" means in the first place.

* What to do when immediate response is needed such as for hemorrhage or to help baby breathe.

* Nutrition, herbs, homeopathy, embodiment, meds, and how these are unique to each person.

* Untangle your dreams, fears, whatever else needs untangling.

* Birth story integration if you've birthed prior.

* Clarify the facts about hospital transfer including specifics about area hospitals.

* Clarify your postpartum visions, intensions, and plans.
