Welcome! I walk with women for sovereign birth. You birth in your home or another space free from the medical model.

Here's what happens when I'm your midwife.

To begin we create a trust-based relationship at our pre-birth connection sessions. We may:

* see why birth works best when it's not managed

* deprogram from in-system indoctrination

* I get to know your partner and family

* encourage a healthy pregnancy

* clarify prenatal care options: wild pregnancy*, self-testing, a bit of in-system tests (Some of the women I walk with do choose in-system tests.) 

* clarify who's invited to your birth space

* dive into variations of normal on pregnancy, birth, placentas, newborn appearance+

* explore your dreams, fears, concerns, prior birth stories

* yoga, reiki, share food, more

* tools of Radical Self-Responsibility.

There is no agenda here.  We may end up just chatting and walking together.

At your birth space, it's this.

You are centered and exalted as you move freely through your birth process, give birth, and begin mothering your child earth-side. 

I'm present in my own authority as an intuitive and experienced birth witness.

I may:

- clear the energy field or pray with you, according to what serves you

- elevate you

- support you for labor, baby's emergence, placenta birth, and more

- help with children, partners, others 

- share my opinion and/or step in if you're ok with that 

- be one room away for most/all of your birth process

- stay with you post birth until you're snuggled in with your baby and things are cleaned up.

Postpartum: 

I may:

- nourish you

- sit with you as you integrate birth and rebirth 

- listen 

- breastfeeding support + help with everything newborn

- ceremony

- help with older children, pets, household chores, errands.

- explore keeping your newborn wild or ways to present her/him to the system.

-I offer unlimited post birth support day-time (9 a.m. to 5 p.m.) for as long as I'm on the earth.                     __________________________
