Freebirth guide

I'm your personal guide for 1:1 as you prepare for freebirth.

This is for women who plan to freebirth without an experienced birth witness present.

Here's what happens:

Freebirth Guide Option 1 is in-person sessions when you're within a few hours of Milwaukee Wi.

These sessions are premised on what happens at true physiologic birth, and are not at all comparable to any in-system childbirth education programs. 

 We may:

* see why birth works best when it's not managed

* deprogram from in-system indoctrination

* encourage a healthy pregnancy

* integrate your partner to sovereign birth

* clarify prenatal care options: wild pregnancy, self-testing, some in-system tests, up to you.   

* clarify who's invited into your birth space, including partners and children

* dive into variations of normal on pregnancy, birth, placentas, newborn appearance+

* unravel your dreams, fears, concerns, prior birth stories

* create a nourishing spiral, walk outside, share food, yoga, reiki, have fun, more.

+ Option for me to be on-call for virtual support during your birth at an additional fee.

What happens is similar to in-person

We set up an offering unique to you through zoom or facetime.

Postpartum
